Mickaël Floc’hlay has a wealth of experience in software engineering and development. From 2005 to 2018, they held various positions in the tech industry. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Java Consultant, Java Technical Manager, and Java Developer for Capgemini. In 2010, they became a Freelance iOS, macOS, and web full-stack Developer & Consultant. In 2012, they were the CTO of eduPad, where they recruited and managed a technical team of 5 developers, developed an app factory, designed and developed a scalable back-office, and oversaw 8.4 million app downloads. In 2014, they founded Bootstragram to provide freelance developer services to other companies. In 2015, they were the CEO/CTO of Statium and was selected by the French startup accelerator Startup42 for a 4-month intensive program from April to August 2016. In 2018, they became a Software Engineer for Memo Bank.

Mickaël Floc’hlay obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from ENSEIRB-MATMECA between 2001 and 2004. Mickaël also holds several certifications, including MITx 15.071x, The Analytics Edge from edX, obtained in September 2015; edX Professional Certificate for Marketing for Non-Marketers from edX, obtained in August 2015; SABR101x: Sabermetrics 101: Introduction to Baseball Analytics from edX, obtained in July 2014; 15.390x: Entrepreneurship 101: Who is your customer? from edX, obtained in May 2014; and 6.002x: Circuits and Electronics (MITx) from edX, obtained in January 2013.
