Lars Spenger

Lars Spenger has over 13 years of experience in the finance and investment banking industry. Lars currently serves as the Head of Finance at Memo Therapeutics AG since 2021. Prior to that, they were Deputy CFO / Head of Group Controlling and M&A at ORIOR AG (SWX:ORON) from 2015 to 2021, Head of Group Controlling and M&A from 2013 to 2015, and Group Controller from 2011 to 2013. From 2011 to 2008, they held the positions of Associate Director and Associate at Capvis Equity Partners. Lars also worked as an Analyst and Summer Analyst in Investment Banking (M&A) at Baird from 2008 to 2011.

Lars Spenger obtained their Bachelor of Science in Finance and Hoeft Technology and Management from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2005 and 2009. In 2013, they obtained their CFA from the CFA Institute. In 2015, they obtained their ACCA from ACCA. In 2019, they completed the Program for Leadership Development (EMBA) at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
