Tanja Schweizer

Tanja Schweizer is an experienced professional in people management and project coordination, currently serving as Team Lead for People Management at Memodo GmbH since May 2022. Previously, Tanja held positions at ROCK YOUR LIFE! gGmbH from September 2016 to April 2022, including Manager for Corporate Partnerships and Team Leader, where Tanja developed and evaluated collaborations aimed at reducing educational inequality. Tanja also contributed as a Training and Qualification Manager and Project Manager for various partners, focusing on building a trainer pool and managing applications for in-house trainer training. Earlier roles included involvement in a research project at Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten, aimed at supporting students in social work, as well as an internship at Schaffenslust - Freiwilligenagentur, which promotes local volunteer engagement. Tanja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Economics from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten, completed in 2016.
