Jan Hagen Schurkus

Jan Hagen Schurkus is a seasoned entrepreneur and business consultant with extensive experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Freiraum GmbH since June 2017, Schurkus has driven the development of MemoMeister, a cloud software solution for project documentation. In addition, Schurkus co-founded DigiTrail GmbH in January 2020, focusing on the creation of new SaaS applications and business models. Prior consulting experience includes a role as a freelance business consultant at Schurkus Consulting, a junior consultant at IBM in business development and strategic sales, and co-founding Aperní. Schurkus holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus University and a Bachelor of Arts in Service Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
