Haylla Balzani is an experienced professional in business process management and quality management with over a decade of expertise in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Superintendente de Gestão e Qualidade at Memora Processos Inovadores S/A, Haylla focuses on BPM projects, methodology improvement, and process management consulting.
