Leandro Bernardes Ribeiro

Leandro Bernardes Ribeiro, CBPP®, has extensive experience in project management and process improvement. Currently serving as Gerente de Projetos at Memora Processos Inovadores S/A since February 2013, Leandro specializes in Business Process Management (BPM). Previously, as Assessor Especial de Gabinete for the Secretaria de Saúde do Distrito Federal from December 2011 to April 2012, Leandro supported public management initiatives, identified process improvement opportunities, and helped define organizational goals. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistente Administrativo at Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) from June 2007 to November 2011, where Leandro assisted with financial management and documentation tasks. Leandro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Administração, Negócios e Marketing from União Pioneira da Integração Social, completed in 2010.
