Roney Dias is a seasoned project manager and software development professional with extensive experience in agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM. Since June 2019, Roney has been with Memora Processos Inovadores S/A, overseeing credit recovery projects and applying SCRUM principles. Prior roles include positions at Engesoftware Technology S.A as a Senior Java Developer and interim project manager, and at NOVA - Technology and Development S.A as a Software Development Coordinator. Roney's technical expertise encompasses JAVA, JPA, Hibernate, and various frameworks, alongside robust project management skills utilizing PMBOK and agile methodologies. Roney holds two MBA degrees from UNOPAR, focusing on Project and Process Management as well as Information Technology Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás.
