Yermie Cohen

Founder & CEO at Memorang

Yermie Cohen is the founder and CEO of Memorang, a company that provides an online platform for students to study for exams. Prior to founding Memorang, Yermie worked as a database researcher and laboratory manager at Wang Lab. Yermie also worked as an anatomy teaching assistant at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and as a researcher at the Center for Advanced Surgical Intervention Technology (CASIT) at UCLA. In addition, Yermie has consulted on mechanical engineering projects for a joint venture between UCLA, Sea Recovery, and the US Navy. Yermie has also done research work for the Biomechatronics Group at MIT Media Lab and the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

Yermie Cohen was educated as a Doctor of Medicine (MD) at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Yermie also holds two S.B. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, one in Biology and one in Mechanical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering.
