Jim Duncan

Jim Duncan is an experienced professional in education and pastoral care. Currently serving as the School Divisions Midwest Representative at Memoria Press since January 2019, Jim collaborates with parent groups and churches to establish classical Christian schools and assist existing schools and homeschool parents in transitioning to the Memoria Press Classical Core Curriculum. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a Chaplain for the Illinois Department of Corrections in late 2018, and Jim was the Headmaster at Coram Deo Classical School from May 2015 to October 2018, where Jim led the establishment of the school. Jim also served as Pastor at Second Baptist Church for over 27 years and at Nine Mile Baptist Church for nearly six years, managing church operations and preaching regularly. Educational qualifications include a Master of Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary and degrees in Religious Education and Religious Studies from Mid-Continent University and Williams Baptist College, respectively.
