Aimee J. Daily

Aimee Daily serves as senior vice president and chief transformation officer for Memorial Health. She is responsible for strategic leadership of integration, standardization and change among the health system’s structures, behaviors and processes to enhance organizational performance, capacity and colleague engagement. In addition, she provides leadership for the development of strategically critical knowledge by facilitating the learning of colleagues and leaders and through internal and external communication and brand awareness. She is responsible for design and strategic oversight for the Memorial Center for Learning and Innovation, which opened in 2015.

Dr. Daily began her career at Memorial Health in 2000 as an educator in educational resources at Springfield Memorial Hospital. Most recently, she held the position of vice president of organization development and chief learning officer and was responsible for strategic leadership of a comprehensive educational infrastructure.

Dr. Daily is a member of Illinois Women in Leadership, a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Certified Merger & Acquisition Integration Consultant, and a member of the Association of Talent Development and Organization Development Network. She is a Registered Organization Development Consultant, has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, and International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach credential. She serves on the National Center for Healthcare Leadership steering committee and as a Learning Elite judge.

She received a master of science degree in management of organization behavior and a PhD in organization development from Benedictine University in Springfield. In 2018, she received Benedictine’s Visionary Alumni Award and served on the President’s Planning Council. Under her leadership, Memorial Health received the 2018 Best Organization in Leadership Development award from the National Center for Healthcare Leadership as well as the 2019 Learning Elite Gold Award.
