Jennifer Love

Jennifer Love is system administrator of emergency medical services at Memorial Health. She is responsible for operational leadership of emergency and trauma services through leading partnerships and standardization across hospital emergency medical services within Memorial Health. Her role focuses on operational excellence and quality, patient-focused services.

Love began her career at Springfield Memorial Hospital in the Emergency Department as a staff nurse in 2009. She has served as the assistant nurse manager, nurse manager and now as director of Springfield Memorial Hospital Emergency Medical Services. Love earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Millikin University and a master of business administration degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield. She is a board certified emergency nurse and holds an Illinois license as a trauma nurse specialist. She is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association.
