Lance Millburg

Lance Millburg, MBA, is the system administrator for quality and performance improvement at Memorial Health. In this role, Millburg administers Memorial Health’s Quality and Safety program, with responsibility for the following departments: Safety and Accreditation, Quality Improvement, Infection Prevention and Decision Sciences. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Millburg joined MH in 2011 as an Information Services project manager. He transitioned to a Lean Six Sigma project manager within the Quality Division in 2014 and has directed the system’s Decision Sciences division since 2016. In this capacity, Millburg has been central to the deployment of advanced data forecasting and visualization tools that have been a key component of their organizational pandemic response. Millburg attained baccalaureate and master’s degrees in business administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield.
