Michelle Rodriguez

Michelle Rodriguez has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Director of Emergency Services and Nursing at Memorial Healthcare System since June 2018. In this role, Michelle oversees the 24/7 Emergency Care Center and has led efforts in value-based care operations, collaborating with various teams to enhance population health strategies. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Director of Nursing at Plantation Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, where responsibilities included overseeing patient care and driving clinical operational improvements. Michelle's nursing career began as a Registered Nurse at Miami Children's Health System and Jackson Health System, following military service as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force and the US Air Force Reserve. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Health Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University.
