Robert Alonso

Robert Alonso is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Planning at Memorial Healthcare System since September 2015. Previously held positions include Administrative Director of Strategic Marketing at the same organization, Director of Marketing at Univita Health Inc, and Associate Vice President of Marketing at Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami Beach. Robert also contributed to Jackson Health System as Vice President of Public Relations & Marketing and worked at the American Heart Association as Sr. Communications Director & Hispanic Media Consultant. Early in the career, Robert gained experience as a reporter at Capitol News Service and WCTV. Academically, Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida State University and is a certified Six Sigma Champion from the University of Miami.
