Matthew is currently the Director of Diagnostic Imaging and Clinical Engineering at Memorial Healthcare, where they oversee the administration and maintenance of the PACS system and manages departmental operations, budgeting, and staffing. Before this role, they served as the Manager of Clinical Engineering and Diagnostic Imaging, where they provided direction and oversight for biomedical services and successfully directed operations with a team of diagnostic imaging professionals. Matthew also has experience as a Planetree Coordinator, where they worked on improving patient-centered care and customer service organization-wide. Prior to joining Memorial Healthcare, they worked as a Radiography Clinical Instructor and Staff Technologist, gaining expertise in patient care and imaging technologies. Matthew also has experience as a Radiologic Technologist/Medical Assistant at Mackinac Island Medical Center and served in the United States Marine Corps as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Combat Engineer. Matthew Jones received their Associates of Applied Science in Radiography in 1993 from Lansing Community College. Matthew then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences from AdventHealth University in 2003. In addition, they obtained certifications including Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) in 2022, Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) in 2010, and Registered Technologist in Computed Tomography and Radiography in 1996 and 1993 respectively.
