Laura Gomez

Laura Gomez, BSN RN CLSSBB CPHQ, is a highly experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Projects at Memorial Hermann Health System since April 2016. In this role, Laura oversees daily operations of the Robust Process Improvement (RPI) team and the deployment of RPI Academy programs, fostering a culture of safety and High Reliability practices. Laura's background includes significant expertise as a Senior Performance Improvement Specialist and Clinical Quality Reviewer, where a strong focus was placed on data-driven quality improvement initiatives. Additional roles held encompass nursing positions in pre-operative and post-anesthesia care, along with foundational experience in critical care settings.
