Lucky Rai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital customer experience and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Digital Channel Experience at Memorial Hermann Health System since March 2021, Lucky previously held roles at Nordstrom, where responsibilities included directing customer experience strategy and product management. At Dish Network, Lucky oversaw the strategic improvement of customer self-service tools for a large customer base and held multiple roles advancing digital engagement and business intelligence. Prior experience includes leadership positions at the University of Denver, focusing on operations and member services in sports and wellness, as well as earlier roles in human resources and sales management. Lucky Rai holds an MBA in Management and a BA in Political Science from the University of Denver and the University of Colorado Denver, respectively.
