Phillip Chang

Phillip Chang currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical and Quality Officer at Memorial Hermann Health System since June 2022. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of Chief Medical Officer at University Hospitals from March 2020 to May 2022 and served as Chief Medical Officer, Trauma, Critical Care, and General Surgery, as well as OR Medical Director at the University of Kentucky from July 2005 to March 2020. Phillip Chang's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School (1995-1999), a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Mathematics from William & Mary (1991-1995), and a Master of Business Administration degree from Gatton College of Business and Economics (2016-2018).
