Shena Dicks

Shena Dicks, LCSW, CCTP, is a mental health professional with extensive experience in various settings, currently serving as a therapist at Headway since August 2022. Shena has been a Behavioral Health Clinician II at Memorial Hermann Health System since January 2016, where responsibilities include assessing patient functioning, diagnosing mental health disorders, and providing crisis intervention. Prior experience includes a role as Behavioral Health Clinician II at the Texas Department of State Health Services and Case Manager at the same agency, where Shena conducted psychosocial assessments and coordinated services. Earlier in the career, Shena worked as a case worker for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and interned at Seton Home. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work, as well as a degree in Psychology with a focus on Forensic Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
