The Healthcare Operations Team at Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of medical services across the hospitals. This includes managing perioperative services, overseeing health information, maintaining top-notch care in telemetry and medical-surgical units, and providing critical support in endoscopy, acute care, and emergency departments. Team members also handle clinical analysis, pharmacy operations, wellness programs, intensive and critical care, medical direction, and electronic health record (EHR) systems to support efficient and effective patient care.
