Toni Skaggs

Toni Skaggs is an experienced professional in the healthcare and educational sectors with a diverse skill set. Currently serving as Hospitality Manager and Certified Dietary Manager at Memorial Hospital of Converse County since June 2014, Toni leads a team of culinary healthcare professionals in meal preparation and service. Additionally, Toni is a CHEST Trainer, certifying Environmental Services Staff as Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Technicians, and manages the coffee and gift shop, Mocha Molly’s. As President of Wyoming ANFP since April 2018, Toni also runs community education classes and teaches college-level courses in photography and Adobe Photoshop, utilizing expertise gained from a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Professional Photography from Brooks Institute and an Associate of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Eastern Wyoming College. Previously, Toni operated the photography business Tone Photos from 2011 to 2017.
