Michelle Loutrel

Michelle Loutrel has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Michelle'smost recent role is as the Director of Environment of Care and Emergency Preparedness at Decatur Memorial Hospital, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Memorial Medical Center, where they held the role of Manager - Engineering Office from March 2013 to April 2020. Additionally, they served as a Dispatcher at the same company from November 2011 to March 2013, where they were responsible for tracking attendance and productivity of staff, analyzing elevator efficiency, and assisting in PM scheduling. Michelle also has experience working at Grace Church, where they served as a Children's Ministry Coordinator from May 2006 to October 2011. In this role, they created and maintained department budgets, administered policies, and planned and coordinated events.

Michelle Loutrel pursued their education in a chronological manner. Michelle obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Benedictine University, completing their studies between 2015 and 2016. Before pursuing their MBA, Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Greenville College from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates in Arts in Early Childhood Education from Parkland College, completing their studies from 2004 to 2006. Michelle also holds an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which they obtained from ASQ - World Headquarters in January 2023.
