Fred Huang

Fred Huang has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Fred started their career at Weaver, a top accounting firm, where they worked as an Audit Associate and later as an Audit Senior Associate. Fred then joined PwC as an Assurance Senior Associate, leading the audit of a private equity-backed physician service organization.

Afterwards, Fred moved on to Nova Medical Centers, the largest occupational health provider in America, where they held several roles including Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, and Controller. During their time at Nova Medical Centers, they played a key role in transforming the company's accounting and finance infrastructure.

Fred then joined Privia Health as a Controller, responsible for the accounting and finance operations of the company's group practices and ancillary services. Fred later took on the role of VP Finance - Gulf Coast, overseeing the financial operations of the region.

Their most recent role was with Memorial MRI and Diagnostic, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer.

Throughout their career, Fred has demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting operations, and audit.

Fred Huang attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2004 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. Fred then pursued further education at the same university from 2007 to 2008 and obtained a Master of Accounting Science degree with a minor in Finance. In 2010, Fred obtained additional certifications including membership in the AICPA and becoming a Certified Public Accountant through the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
