Joseph Erinjeri

Joseph Erinjeri is a highly regarded expert in interventional radiology, currently serving as the Director of Interventional Radiology at the Koch Center of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center since August 2009. Renowned for proficiency in image-guided thermal ablation of tumors, Joseph has contributed significantly to the field through extensive lectures and publications. Prior roles include Vice Chairman of Operations and Analytics in the Department of Radiology at New York Presbyterian Hospital, and Clinical Operations Director for Interventional Radiology. Education includes an MD and PhD from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Michigan. Earlier training involved fellowships and residency in interventional and diagnostic radiology at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology.
