Lamont Bowens

Lamont Bowens is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in managing development teams and enhancing clinician and patient experiences. Currently serving as Associate Director of Software Engineering for Clinician Experience at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Lamont oversees initiatives enabling home care and improving treatment workflows. Prior roles include Operations Management Consultant at Greensboro Staffing Consultants and Senior Software Engineering Manager at IBM, where significant achievements included leading ISO 27001 certification and process improvements in security and compliance. Lamont holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
