Ellen Belk, BC-DEd, CDP is a respected leader and innovator in the aging sector with over 21 years of experience. As the Founding Owner of Keep In Mind, Inc. since July 2011, Ellen Belk has developed consulting services tailored for service providers in the eldercare economy. In addition, Ellen Belk founded the K.I.M. Academy Online Dementia Education platform in September 2021, emphasizing dementia education. Ellen Belk’s extensive background includes significant roles such as SVP of Resident Experience and Strategic Partnerships at Elegance Living, National Director of Community Lifestyle & Memory Support Operations at Milestone Retirement Communities, and Divisional Director of Life Guidance at Atria Senior Living. Prior experience includes positions in senior living and a decade in sports radio, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communications from Marquette University.
