Elizabeth Bergstrom

Head of Customer Success at Memory

Elizabeth Bergstrom has a diverse work experience. Elizabeth began their career in 2011 as a Restaurant Manager and Catering Manager at Corner Bakery Cafe. In 2015, they took on the role of Executive Assistant at Dominie Luxury. In 2016, they were a Student Representative at BI Norwegian Business School and a Project Manager at SBIO Business Society. Elizabeth also worked as an Independent Contractor and Commercial Service Trade Intern for the U.S. Commercial Service. From 2017 to 2018, they were an Account Executive and Sales Consultant at Dream Broker, and then a Customer Success & Sales Manager and Head of Customer Success at Memory. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for customer service, money handling, food and beverage preparation, sales growth, and overseeing customer retention and the Customer Success team.

Elizabeth Bergstrom attended College of the Canyons from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science / Business. Elizabeth then attended Patten University from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate's Degree. In 2014, they enrolled in BI Norwegian Business School to study Internatonial Business Administration. Elizabeth also obtained two additional certifications: Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Managers V4.1 from Traliant in August 2022, and Serve Safe from the National Restaurant Association in October 2013.
