Jessica McNaughton

Jessica McNaughton has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jessica is currently the Chief Executive Officer of memoryKPR since June 2019. Previously, they held the position of EVP, Chief People Officer at Concentra Bank from June 2018 to February 2019. Prior to that, they served as VP, People Strategy at Concentra Bank from May 2014 to May 2018.

In addition, Jessica worked at Information Services Corporation ISC as the Director of Customer Relations and Business Support Services from January 2013 to April 2014. Jessica also held the role of Manager, Transformation Consulting at Viterra, where they were responsible for merger and acquisition leadership, divestiture management, and program/project management from October 2009 to January 2013.

Before that, Jessica worked as an Integration Manager at Shell from 2008 to 2009 and as the Director of Human Resources at the University of Calgary from September 2006 to September 2008. Jessica has also held roles at West Jet as a Recruitment Lead from May 2004 to May 2006 and at RBC as a Recruitment Sourcing and External Partnerships specialist from March 1997 to March 2003.

Furthermore, Jessica is a Board Member at Tourism Saskatchewan since September 2020 and was recognized as Calgary Top 40 under 40 in 2007.

Jessica McNaughton is currently a candidate for an Executive MBA at the University of Regina, where they have been studying Business Administration and Management, General since 2018. In 2007, they attended the Women's Exec Newtork for an undisclosed degree and field of study. Similarly, in 2001, they also participated in Leadership Calgary, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
