Joshua Lum is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of Product at MemoryLane since December 2024. Previously, Joshua founded Sojourner Brother in March 2021, launching Singapore's first two-sided digital platform for the hiring of migrant workers, and developed an HR SaaS for efficient worker management. Joshua's extensive background includes roles as Product Manager at CareHealth, where product features were developed to track health and lifestyle, and at the Ministry of Manpower, where efforts resulted in improved access to primary healthcare for migrant workers. Earlier experience includes an Associate Product Manager position at the Ministry of Health (Singapore), where Joshua contributed to enhancing claims accuracy for GP clinics. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Nanyang Technological University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Imperial College Business School.
