Kathy Dumlao is currently serving as the Museum Division Director-Elect at the National Art Education Association. Prior to this role, Kathy has accumulated extensive experience in the field of art education, having served as the Director of Education and Interpretation at the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art since May 2000. In their role, Kathy manages the education department staff, oversees the development of education and outreach programs, collaborates with various departments to promote education programs, manages budgets, and curates exhibits. With a Master of Arts in Art History from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in Art from Radford University, Kathy has a strong educational background to support their professional achievements in the art education field.
