Cynthia Roberts

Cynthia Roberts currently serves as the Safety Manager at Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area since March 2023, following a role as Senior Safety Specialist at Memphis Goodwill, Inc. from September 2017. In previous positions, Cynthia gained extensive experience in safety management, directing and administering safety training programs across 55 locations in Tennessee and Mississippi. Prior to these roles, Cynthia worked in healthcare as an Admin Assistant/PR Coordinator at Baptist Memorial Health Care and as an Executive Assistant at The Health Loop/Regional Medical Center, where responsibilities included managing travel arrangements and preparing executive-level materials. Cynthia holds an Advanced Safety Certification from the National Institute of Safety Health and Environment and studied at Columbia Southern University.
