Winta D. is an experienced professional in player growth and support, currently serving as the Director of Player Growth & Support for the Memphis Grizzlies since March 2022, after previously holding the role of Manager, Team Operations & Hustle Logistics. Winta's background includes a fellowship with the Toronto Raptors Basketball Club Inc. and coaching roles at various institutions, alongside significant clinical experience as a physiotherapist at organizations such as Boomerang Health powered by SickKids and Neuroactive Physiotherapy. Winta holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Lakehead University.
