William Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. William began their career at First South Credit Union in 1999, starting as a part-time bank teller and quickly moving up the ranks to become a Senior Manager/Vice President. At First South, they oversaw multiple sales and operations departments.
In 2005, William joined TLS, Inc. as a Senior Operations Manager, where they were responsible for various aspects of the company's day-to-day operations, including production, human resources, accounting, and business development. William excelled in this role until 2009.
In 2010, William joined Memphis College Preparatory Elementary School as a Business & Operations Manager. Although their role lasted less than a year, they gained valuable experience in managing the school's business functions.
From 2011 to the present, William has been associated with Memphis Health Center, first as a Chief Operations Officer and then as a Chief Operations & Financial Officer. In these roles, they played a crucial part in the organization's financial management, reporting, and forecasting. William also provided leadership and direction for the overall operations of the center and helped expand their medical services.

William Wallace earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from The University of Memphis between 1996 and 2002. William then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Management from the same university from 2002 to 2005.

Patients who do not have health insurance may qualify for our Sliding Fee Discount Program, which is based on household size and annual income.
