June Cho is an accomplished professional in Biomedical Engineering, currently serving as an R&D Leadership Development Program Engineer and Project Manager at Smith+Nephew since July 2021. This role involves a comprehensive induction program and multiple rotations across various areas of Research & Development. June has demonstrated leadership as the Social Outreach Chair for the Society of Women Engineers and as the Social Chair for the Smith and Nephew Young Professionals group, successfully enhancing employee engagement. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Smith & Nephew as a Product Support Engineering Coop and roles in academia, such as serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. June holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and the University of Georgia College of Engineering. Additional responsibilities include group fitness instruction at the Memphis Jewish Community Center.
