Michelle McMath has extensive experience in both the fitness and human resources sectors. At Desoto Athletic Club, from May 2006 to December 2023, Michelle held multiple roles including Operations Manager, Group Fitness Director, Instructor, and Trainer. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation from October 1999 to September 2012 as a Human Resources Representative, focusing on full life-cycle recruiting which encompassed responsibilities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and negotiating job offers. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University between 1989 and 1993.
