The leadership team at Memphis Theological Seminary has a history of religious and educational experiences. They have been Senior Pastors at St. Paul Baptist Church and Greater Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, Vice President for Community Relations at Blue Mountain College, and Pastor at Ripley Presbyterian Church. They have also been involved in other industries such as construction, equipment management, and catering. The team has also been involved in consulting for schools and literacy programs. They have a variety of educational experiences from universities such as the University of Arkansas, Memphis Theological Seminary, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and Asbury Theological Seminary.
