Bram van der Lecq

Bram van der Lecq is an experienced organizational designer and consultant currently serving as the Owner of Lecqer Bezig since September 2019. Between 2020 and February 2024, Bram held a governance, cultural stewardship, and operations role at Memri, an initiative focused on empowering individuals through data control. Prior experience includes roles as a Governance Researcher & Consultant at Polis Foundation, where Bram advised organizations on purpose-driven designs, and as a writer for Corporate Rebels, contributing research on creativity in decentralized organizations. Additionally, Bram has worked with the Municipality of Utrecht and has a background in job coaching with Randstad. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, respectively.
