Lucy Aerts

Lucy Aerts has over 13 years of work experience, starting in 2007 as an Assistant Finance Manager at Johnson Controls. Lucy then moved to Citroën Fleet and Business in 2008 as a Financial Analyst. In 2009, they began working at The Crown Estate as an Assistant Accountant. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at PICS. In 2014, they began working at Total Construction Training Ltd as an Operations Manager. Lucy then moved to Morris Visitor Publications UK in 2015 to take on the same role. In 2017, they became the Office & Facilities Manager at Ohpen. In 2018, they began working at Spotcap UK as an Office Manager & HR Adviser UK (including Recruitment). In 2020, they moved to Yobota as an Office Manager & People Champion. Most recently, they are working at Memrise as an Operations Manager, a role they have held since 2022.

Lucy Aerts studied Hospitality Administration/Management at Gilde Opleidingen Venlo from 2001 to 2005, earning a degree in Hospitality Management. Lucy also studied Hospitality Management at Gilde Opleidiingen - Venlo The Netherlands from 2001 to 2005.
