Mohammed A. Zidan

Mohammed A. Zidan's work experience includes:

- Senior Director of Architecture Engineering at MemryX Inc. since January 2021.

- Director of Architecture Engineering at MemryX Inc. from April 2019 to December 2020.

- Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Michigan from September 2015 to April 2021, working on research projects involving RRAM-based non von Neumann computing, Memory processing unit (MPU), and Memristive Reservoir Computing.

- Research Assistant and Research Engineer at KAUST from October 2009 to August 2015, working on various research projects including Sneak-Paths Immune RRAM, Reactance-Less Oscillators (RLO), CAM-based Vector Computing, Digital Chaotic PRNGs, Protein Alignment using CPU/GPU, and Memristive devices modeling.

- Exchange Fellow at UC Irvine for a brief period in June 2012.

Mohammed A. Zidan earned their BSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Institutes of Aviation Engineering and Technology (IAET) from 2001 to 2006. Mohammed A. then pursued an MSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Cairo University from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they went on to obtain a PhD in Electrical Engineering from KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology) from 2011 to 2015.
