Martin Fousek

Martin Fousek has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Martin started their career in 2000 as a PHP Developer at Ing. Michal Smíšek. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Quality Engineer at Sun Microsystems, contributing to projects such as Project Kenai and NetBeans. Martin then joined Oracle in 2010, where they worked as a Software Developer and later became a member of the ABCS Platform team, responsible for cloud-based application development. In 2017, they joined Memsource as a Senior Software Developer, later assuming the roles of Team Lead and Manager of the Web Editor team. Throughout their career, Martin has demonstrated expertise in various technologies, including JavaScript, Java, and Spring.

Martin Fousek completed their education at the Czech Technical University in Prague from 2004 to 2010, earning an Engineer's degree in Computer Graphics. Prior to that, they attended Gymnazium Pribram from 2000 to 2004, but did not obtain a degree or field of study from there. Martin also has some additional certifications, including Elasticsearch Engineer I from Elastic in 2018, Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 7 Programmer (OCJP) from Oracle in 2014, First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in 2014, Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer (OCJA) from Oracle in 2013, and M101: MongoDB for Developers from MongoDB University in 2013.
