Pamela Ghosal

Pamela Ghosal has a strong background in brand and communications, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Pamela is currently the Director of Global Brand & Communications at Phrase, where they have been since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Head of Brand & Communications at the same company. In 2022, Pamela worked as the Head of Marketing & Communications for a financial services business. From 2007 to 2021, they worked at OKI Europe Ltd, where they held multiple positions, including Head of Brand, Marketing, Communications, Content and Digital Marketing, EMEA, and Senior Brand & Marketing Communications Manager, EMEA. Pamela also had a brief role as a Senior Marketing Manager at BEA Systems in 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked at Xerox as an European Marketing Manager and Marketing & Communications Programme Manager. Pamela started their career at Gefco as a Marketing Executive and later became a Marketing Manager.

Pamela Ghosal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM) and a BA Hons degree in European Management with French from Middlesex University. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Wycombe High School, where they obtained 3 A Levels and 10 GCSEs. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications over the years, including Social Media Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn, various certificates from HubSpot Academy, a Growth Tribe Certificate in Growth Marketing and Growth Sprint, and the Xerox Accelerated Management Development Programme.
