Sophia Malina began their work experience as a Personal Assistant at Artworx in 2008. Sophia then worked as a Translator at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in 2009. In 2011, they participated as Co-Creator at Lucky Lock. Sophia joined Uniplaces in 2015, where they held the roles of Key Account Manager - France and Team Leader - Bookings. Sophia then joined Unbabel in 2017, gradually progressing from Senior Customer Success Manager to Head of Customer Success, Director of Customer Success, and finally Customer Success Lead.
