Wesley Ross

Wesley Ross has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2010, they organized events for Startup Weekend, bringing on sponsors and mentors. In 2011, they co-founded PushProgress, where they were responsible for all aspects of the business. Wesley then worked as a web developer at BeastApp, focusing on the delivery system for workout programs. In 2012, they became the lead developer at HeyKiki.com, a platform for classes and lessons. In 2014, they joined Inductly as a product manager, prioritizing work and coordinating with engineering and design teams. Wesley also worked as a technical product manager at Fueled, managing multiple products for clients. Since 2015, Wesley has been the founder of OpsYard Inc., a consultancy specializing in building custom B2B solutions and integrations. Most recently, they became the Director of Product Management at Phrase in 2022.

Wesley Ross attended The City College of New York from 2008 to 2010, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Finance.
