Ashley Tung

Ashley Tung has a diverse work experience, beginning with an Afterschool Tutor role at Walnut High School in 2016. In 2017, they held an Operations Intern role at Peninsula Luggage, where they used professional software such as QuickBooks and RetailPro database to manage invoices, vouchers, and out-slips for shipments and inventory. In 2019, they were a Computing and Information Services Intern and Algorithms Tutor at Harvey Mudd College. In 2021, Ashley was a Data Analyst Intern at Applied Materials, and in the same year, they were an Esri Clinic Team Member, where they designed and created learning and teaching material for students and teachers on the intersection of Computer Science and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Ashley is currently a Software Engineer at MemVerge.

Ashley Tung attended Walnut High School from 2014 to 2018, where they earned their High School Diploma. Ashley then went on to attend Harvey Mudd College from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in a Joint Major in Computer Science and Mathematics. In addition, Ashley has obtained four certifications: C++ Course Completion from SoloLearn in July 2019, JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures from freeCodeCamp in July 2019, Responsive Web Design Developer Certification from freeCodeCamp in July 2019, and SQL Course Completion from SoloLearn in July 2019.
