Dongyun Zhang has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Dongyun started as a Clerical Assistant at Foothill-De Anza Community College District, where they managed international student databases, created reports for school administrators, and assisted with international student admissions. In 2019, they joined Google as a Software Engineer Intern, where they worked on the error reporting framework of the indexing system for knowledge graph. Theirwork included creating multiple lookup services on the existing lookup server and composing SQL queries to retrieve error reports from multiple sources. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at MemVerge.
Dongyun Zhang attended Foothill College from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Computer Science. Dongyun then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of California, Los Angeles from 2016 to 2018. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2019.
