Alisha Anker

Alisha Anker serves as the General Manager at Menard Electric Cooperative since April 2017, following a significant tenure as VP of Regulatory & Market Affairs at Prairie Power, Inc. from August 2009 to April 2017. Prior to that role, Alisha held the position of Electric Operations Planning Coordinator at City Water, Light & Power for nearly two decades, from September 1990 to August 2009. Alisha holds a Master of Business Administration from Millikin University (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Energy Management from Bismarck State College (2009-2014), alongside further education at the University of Illinois Springfield and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
