Matthew Young

Matthew Young has extensive management and leadership experience, currently serving as a Manager at Menards since December 2015. Previously, Matthew founded and owned Always Cut Right Lawn & Landscape from January 2013 to December 2016, overseeing all aspects of property services, customer relations, and financial management. Earlier roles include Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics and Lab Manager at The University of Findlay, where responsibilities included supervising labs and troubleshooting technology issues. Matthew also held various positions in residential management and support while pursuing education at The University of Findlay, culminating in a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on Health Care Management and Human Resource Management, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice Administration.
