Chris Tay

Chris Tay has extensive experience in leadership and corporate management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Member and Secretary of the Board of Directors at Menarini Asia-Pacific Holdings since August 2018, Chris has also held the position of Chief Administrative Officer since November 2009, overseeing key corporate services functions including Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance. Prior to this, Chris held multiple senior roles at Hewlett Packard Company from 1996 to 2009, focusing on staffing, learning and development, and contract negotiation for the Asia Pacific & Japan region. Chris began a career in law as an Advocate & Solicitor at Lee & Lim (1987-1989) and held various positions, including Legal Counsel, at Singapore Airlines (1989-1996). Chris holds an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
