Tania Frixa has extensive experience in the field of biotechnology and cancer research. Currently serving as a Tecnico di laboratorio ricerca e sviluppo at Menarini Biotech since April 2018, Tania specializes in experimental testing for monoclonal antibody purification processes compliant with cGLP standards. Previously, Tania worked at the Regina Elena National Institute for Cancer Treatment and Research, first as a Postdoctoral Researcher focusing on mRNA and microRNA expression profiles and epigenetic modifications in carcinoma patients, and earlier as a PhD Student in the same domain. Tania also held roles as a Segretaria, managing patient data related to digestive system cancer and organizing scientific congresses. Early professional experience includes internships at the University of Pisa, where Tania gained skills in DNA extraction, cell cultures, and various laboratory techniques. Tania's academic background includes a PhD from Sapienza Università di Roma and advanced degrees in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Pisa.
