Marta Costa Gomes

Marta Costa Gomes has a wide range of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Marta is currently the Marketing Director at Grupo Menarini España, starting in June 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Novartis España where they held the position of Marketing Manager Cardiorenalmetabolic (Head of Marketing & Customer Experience HF), from November 2020 to December 2022.

Marta also has experience at Novartis Oncology, where they were the Oncology National Sales Manager from February 2019 to November 2020. Previously, at Novartis, they held various roles including Oncology Business Excellence Head, Energized for Life Country Coordinator, Oncology Disease Area Lead- Hematology, Cardiometabolic Disease Area Senior Product Manager, Product Manager for Respiratory, and Product Manager for Infectious Diseases, Transplant, and Vaccines.

Before joining Novartis, Marta worked at Quilaban as the Point of Care Diagnostic Marketing & Sales Manager from January 2008 to March 2010. Marta also had a role as a Pharmacist at Farmácia da Beloura from June 2005 to June 2006. Marta started their career as a Trainee at ISMETT from February 2006 to April 2006.

Marta Costa Gomes completed a Master Executivo in Marketing Estrategia e Inovação from Nova School of Business and Economics in 2019-2020. In 2016, they earned a Curso Basico de Programacao Neurolinguistica from Instituto PNL PORTUGAL. Marta also completed a Leadership Program at Nova School of Business and Economics in 2014-2015. Marta obtained a degree in Academia de Marketing Digital from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in 2014. Marta pursued PAGEF - Programa Avançado de Gestão para Farmacêuticos at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2007. In 2000-2005, they obtained a Licenciatura in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Lisbon. Marta's education history dates back to their schooling at Colégio Amor de Deus, Cascais from 1985 to 1999. Marta also obtained a certification in Leading at a Distance from LinkedIn in 2020.
